Tour homes using clean energy solutions!

Learn how everyday people are taking matters into their own hands to fight global warming and tour homes employing cutting-edge clean energy solutions such as solar energy, wind power, and energy efficiency.

The Colorado Renewable Energy Society sponsors the tours happening across Colorado on different days starting on September 23rd thru October 7th as part of the American Solar Energy Society’s “12th Annual ASES National Solar Homes Tour.”

Boulder Solar Week/Tour of Solar & Green Built Homes

Tour Description: The CRC proudly presents Boulder Solar Week 2007. Boulder Solar Week includes a Conference/Expo, Evening Workshops, and 'The 13th Annual Tour of Solar & Green Built Homes' Sunday September 23rd to Sunday September 30th.  Boulder Solar Week is a premier event for homeowners to learn about renewable energy and green building technologies with a full week of educational events to help inspire you to make sustainable choices.

Pueblo – Nature Center Green Fair and Home Tour

Tour Description: The Nature Center, where the tour starts, will have displays from a wide variety of organizations that have environmental programs or products. Guests will then pick up a guide for the self-guided tour and select the homes to visit. Homeowners will be present in each home to explain the green and solar features of their home and landscape.
Tour Fee: $5.00
How to Take this Tour: Begin the tour at the Greenway and Nature Center where you can get lots of information from vendors and seminars, then take the home tour based on which homes in the guide you select to visit. The Nature Center is located at 5200 Nature Center Road, Pueblo, CO 81003. That is west of Pueblo Boulevard, opposite 11th Street; the road dead-ends in the center.
