working on a Ph.D. in philosophy, specifically on the appropriate way
to value land in parks and natural resource planning. This research
led him to an interest in sustainable development and renewable
energy. Keith holds one M.A. from the University of California, Santa
Barbara and another from the Claremont Graduate University. He holds a
B.A. in English from Wesleyan University.
