With 300 sunny days a year, Colorado has nearly unlimited potential to produce clean solar energy where we live, work and play. And with bold leadership, we can repower Colorado's economy by plugging into the sun. House Bill 1001 recharges the economy and creates jobs right here in Colorado. With a bold investment in renewable energy, we can clean up our electricity sector and put Coloradans to work building solar rooftops, installing solar hot water heaters, and constructing massive wind turbines and solar power plants.
